Cox Enterprises is hiring a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing. This role will lead key marketing and creative initiatives within Cox's Environmental Marketing practice, which supports the company's environmental and biodiversity goals through impact campaigns in collaboration with a global coalition of partners. With a current focus on protecting wild fish in wild places, this position plays a central role in developing and executing campaigns that drive meaningful environmental change.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic programs tailored to specific channels and objectives, ensuring the timely production of high-quality creative assets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain campaign integrity, interpret cultural trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. This position also serves as a primary liaison to Cox senior leaders and executive directors and presidents of NGO partners-and leads coordination with creative and operational teams to bring key initiatives to life. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and steward for the broader team, fostering a strong, unified culture, optimizing talent development, and ensuring effective ways of working across the group. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
