As a Material Handler, you'll be hands-on with inventory control, logistics, and materials management-all while working in a cGMP-compliant environment that prioritizes quality and safety. From receiving and shipping to preparing manufacturing kits and maintaining accurate inventory records, you'll be at the center of ensuring our products reach patients reliably and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, ship, and move materials between docks, trucks, and facility locations.

  • Handle temperature-sensitive shipments with care and urgency.

  • Prepare work-in-process kits and lot-specific materials to support manufacturing.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and expiration tracking.

  • Label, log, and issue lot numbers for incoming materials per procedures.

  • Support compliance through accurate documentation and adherence to cGMP standards.

  • Participate in required DOT/IATA training and follow all safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year in materials handling, warehousing, or a related field.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems helpful).

  • Attributes: Team player, reliable, and quality-focused with a positive attitude.
