To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company's sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Qualifications: *Minimum 5 years formal leadership experience in a large sales organization *Experience in global supply chain logistics including air freight, international parcel, ocean freight and brokerage Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: US Annual Pay Range: $130,140.00 - $249,780.00 Additional Details: Applicants being considered will need to domicile in a US East or Midwest major metro area. This is a remote position with significant domestic travel and some international travel.
