We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of a portfolio of projects for key accounts from beginning to end globally. They oversee and support the work of designated Project Managers, in-house Subject Matter Experts and external partners, to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget in accordance with Company Project Management Standards. Ultimately, the Program Manager is accountable for the success of the program whilst ensuring Client engagement and service excellence is at the forefront of what they do. As the Team Lead for Project Management in the Americas, there is also line management responsibility for a team of Project Managers. This will involve assigning workload for the team, having regular one to ones and supporting their development.
