The Financial Analyst position supports strategic decision-making by delivering standardized historical and projection reporting. This role focuses on developing and interpreting financial data to provide leadership with meaningful insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, a self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly proficient in MS Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate historical data, trends, and available information to formulate actionable insights, with a focus on profitability and operational performance.

* Translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise business terms for various audiences.

* Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports for both historical and projection analysis.

* Identify and recommend opportunities to improve financial reporting tools, templates, and processes.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

* Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental success.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.

* 3-4 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.

* Advanced proficiency with MS Excel functions.

* Experience with SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, and SQL queries is a plus.

* Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

* Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while working collaboratively in a team environment.
