JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Enter and review sales orders in the ERP system.
* Ensure order accuracy, monitor delivery progress, and resolve order-related issues.
* Timely resolution to urgent order requests, and following through to completion
* Manage return authorizations and coordinate product returns with internal teams.
* Support processing of credit notes or replacement orders based on return reasons.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* No Degree and 15+ years of overall supply chain or operational experience
* Associate Degree 10+ years of overall supply chain or operational experience
* Bachelors Degree 5-8+ years of overall supply chain or operational experience
* Key competencies: analytics, customer focus, drives results, collaboration, agility and manages complexity
* Outstanding communicator, drives vision and purpose, courage, highly organized & analytical, customer relationship mgt. skills
* Proficiency in D365 and supply chain operations ideal
