Role description:

As the Senior Director of Digital Product Management for Gartner Peer Insights you will lead a team of product managers working in partnership with peer business, design, engineering and business technology insight leaders to deliver innovation and value across our End User-facing digital product experience. Key responsibilities will include...

What you will do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning the End-User product experience (i.e. survey, reader, search, etc..)
  • Partner with stakeholders, including senior Gartner business leaders, Business Technology Insights, Product, Software Engineering and more to deliver high value products/feature to our clients and non-client users
  • Jointly develop and own roadmaps, in conjunction with business and engineering leaders
  • Iterate on, enhance and own ongoing end user feedback loop to inform product roadmap
  • You will lead the implementation of a lean product approach to product development where you and the team strive for early validated learnings that lead to shorter cycle times for delivering client value.

What you will need:

  • 12+ years of professional experience with 6+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in a cross-functional/matrix operating model
  • 3+ years of experience leading/managing/coaching teams both directly reporting and indirectly aligned.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other quantitative oriented field; Masters or other advanced degree preferred
  • An eye for what a good technology product and a great user experience looks like.
  • Track record of solving difficult problems with business leaders across BUs and leading to measurable results with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
  • Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 134,000 USD - 185,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
