Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Works with Sales Directors to review sales results, sales opportunities and operational issues * Make retail observations and identify opportunities to expand presence in Walmart * Understand Walmart's category direction and influence strategic category growth * Help Senior Account Executive prepare for presentations * Meet or exceed all assigned financial goals. * Understand and evaluate existing competitor strengths and weaknesses; develop strategic positioning of brands to obtain new business * Understand Walmart's requirements including but not limited to financial, contractual, distribution, operations and service * Effectively communicates in both written and verbal formats relevant information to customer and within American Greetings * Partners with internal departments to execute promotions and product programs. * Addresses day-to-day account needs such as communications, issue resolution and coordination between functional teams |
