How You'll Make an Impact

• Analyze customer specifications and develop tailored proposals.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to define scope and pricing.

• Prepare cost estimates using drawings, layouts, and site data.

• Evaluate supplier quotations and summarize total project costs.

• Write and revise proposal documents and contract terms.

• Provide market insights to support strategic business development.

• Participate in meetings to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

• Support initiatives to improve proposal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in proposal development or cost estimating.

• Experience in the commercial and industrial power sector preferred.

• Strong understanding of transformers and electrical systems.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
