Parts Delivery Driver

Summary: The Parts Delivery Driver, reporting directly to Warehouse Supervisor, is responsible for providing support to CC&N in the areas of warehouse organization, inventory requisitions and returns, facilities management and field support staging materials and driving necessary parts to job sites as needed. This position will also participate in a variety of projects depending on availability throughout the quarter and year end, such as physical inventory counts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Parts Delivery and Field Support

• Assist with staging of inventory and other purchases for field support and job sites
• Drive material, parts or other items to job sites with the use of a company vehicle
• Other tasks as needed to assist in job site preparation, such as cutting and painting plywood.

Warehouse

• Check in UPS deliveries, empty boxes, put products in proper locations and/or prepare for shipment to other locations
• Review and manage returns to vendors as received daily
• General cleanup and organization

Inventory, Materials & Logistics, and General Maintenance

• Assist with physical inventory counts and verify receivers against purchase orders
• Support preparation of material requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor orders
• Perform general building maintenance tasks, including constructing shelving for inventory organization and relocating non-inventory boxes to optimize storage

Education/Skills/Experience:
Required

• Prior warehouse/inventory experience working with inventory, purchasing and warehouse of distribution or other like company
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
• A demonstrated high attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees of all levels in the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-paced environment
• Valid WI driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Team player, positive attitude and ability to work well with coworkers

Preferred

• Prior experience with inventory, facilities management, and requisitions and returns.
• Knowledge of Low voltage cabling
• Experience in using pallet jacks and hand tools as needed
