Job Title:Expediting & Image Editor Supervisor

Job Summary:

Join our Yearbook Prepress Team where you'll support production teams, customer service, and sales by managing digital files, assisting with design workflows, and improving operational processes. You'll play a vital role in maintaining quality standards, supporting various software systems, and ensuring timely and accurate production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Support file prep, color correction, page edits, and ad/art package creation

  
  
• 
  

  Assist employees with Mac/Windows-based software (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, AS400, and other production systems.)

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain and update job documentation and support Shopfloor & daily reporting tasks

  
  
• 
  

  Oversee data entry and quality control processes

  
  
• 
  

  Troubleshoot technical and production issues

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain safety and performance standards across production

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred. Candidates with a High School Diploma and a minimum of 10 years of experience in production operations will also be considered.

  
  
• Proficientwith MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based databases.
• 
  

  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, AS400, and other production systems

  
  
• 
  

  Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

  
  
• 
  

  Perform physical tasks like lifting, standing, and using production equipment
