Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
* Data Strategy Operations Framework with AI: Build and manage operations framework for critical customer data initiatives including but not limited to intake tools and processes (templates, business case, prioritization framework), initiative management (scope, stakeholder registers, RAID, schedules, milestone, business outcome and key metric) and change management (communications, lunch & learn, webinars, training and gamification). Be an agile AI first champion leveraging an "AI first" mindset in all data strategy operations processes and workflows ensuring that we include automated workflows and digital data stewards (AI) supporting scalability and organizational AI readiness.
* Data Process, Requirements & Standards: Lead and/or partner in E2E discovery to Identify critical data assets, understanding business processes and assisting in establishing data enablement and quality processes. Proactively drive global and cross functional data, process and quality collaboration resulting in critical E2E alignment, data quality standards and clear requirements.
* Data Strategy Business Prioritization:
Leverage your newly developed data strategy and intake business prioritization framework in a partnership with the Sr. Principal of Data Strategy Operations to manage the data strategy backlog which will enable central visibility and data-driven recommendations on iterative areas of focus for foundational data.
* Change Management & Data Literacy Enablement: Be courageously creative and engage with cross-functional business data agents and business unit teams ensuring that they are engaged, aware and enabled in all things data strategy and customer critical foundational data that will set them up for success in their roles and responsibilities. Play a core role in promoting data literacy across the organization through knowledge management, education content creation, driving training workshops and engagement to enhance employees' understanding and use of data, thereby increasing the value of data and business outcomes.

Key Achievements:

* Establish and manage data strategy operational framework and processes that will increase the standardization and quality of data to enable business transformation and innovation, to make it easier for employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and growth.
* Drive cross-functional data process and quality engagement and enablement efforts to support scalable business growth, with a focus on change management and deliver positive customer experience.
* Own and drive the development and facilitation of corporate wide training on data strategy and best practices for modern SaaS organizations
* Transform legacy data operational processes across the enterprise to automate manual and administrative tasks, alleviating business and system constraints, and enable ease of data access to create insights.
* Successfully collaborate in the harmonization and migration/conversion of customer data, eliminating redundant or duplicative data, and simplify data user experiences within business applications and tools.
* Effectively capture and track business processes and outcomes for data strategy initiatives, data quality and data strategy prioritization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Concrete experience driving process and business transformation focusing on customer processes, back-office finance & operational processes, and acting as a change agent in enterprise-wide transformation programs.
* Proven experience in business or technical project and/or program management initiatives within the technology and/or software industry, with a focus on improving customer experience and data utilization within a large organization (5,000+ employees).
* Experience in driving change management inclusive of facilitator and training/educator experience fostering a data-driven culture.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with global and cross-functional resources.
* 6-8+ years' experience managing initiatives leveraging enterprise application data, workflows and processes.
* Expert organization, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Solid experience leveraging Smartsheet and/or similar tools to create initiative framework and templates, leveraging automated workflows to manage projects in waterfall and agile environments.
* Experience with data management tools, Salesforce, Service Now and like systems.
* AI-first Mindset and/or Experience leveraging automation or AI.
* Passion for adding value by promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience leveraging Automation or AI.
* Business Process Expert with a data mindset and enterprise lens.
* Process and Data Storytelling & Visualization.
* Experience in software development and design, particularly in roles related to business process analysis, data quality and transformational change.
* Experience with complex process and Data flows, data transformation, data management tools, CRM/ERP systems, EDW data intelligence platforms and business intelligence tools (ex. Power BI).
* Degree in business administration, marketing, operations, information systems or a related field.
* 8+ years professional experience, of increasing scope and influence
* Concrete experience driving cross functional UAT to drive user adoption.
* Expert level Change Management agent with concrete experience leveraging Smartsheet or comparable project management tools.

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $81500.00 - $142750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
