General Role Description:

The administrative assistant is responsible for providing assistance to the BDC (Breast Diagnostic Center) in a friendly and courteous manner. The administrative assistant must maintain a neat professional and organized work area.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Prepares daily clinic
  • Reconciles Radiology reports with patient letters
  • Prepares for daily BDC conference

Required Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
  • 1+ years of customer service experience/training
  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Demonstrated ability to speak, write and understand the English language
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation



Preferred Qualifications:



  • CRT experience
  • Medical office experience
  • KSC experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish



The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $24.42 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
