Overview Selective Insurance is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure systems. This role requires deep expertise in systems engineering, infrastructure automation, and reliability practices, with a strong focus performance optimization. As a technical leader, the SRE will collaborate closely with architecture and development teams to ensure solutions align with SRE principles and operational excellence. Also drive continuous improvements in system resilience, observability, security, and automation, leveraging advanced data analytics and enhance service delivery and reliability. The SRE will also serve as a trusted advisor across the organization, offering expert-level consulting in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response. A strong understanding of business-critical applications and alignment with organizational goals is essential, along with a commitment to compliance with legal, regulatory, and security standards Responsibilities
