As a Senior Web Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our digital experiences and informing key business decisions through data. Your insights will drive strategic enhancements in user engagement, lead generation, and conversion, and will support monthly and quarterly business reviews. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders - from individual contributors to senior executives. Key Responsibilities
- Web Performance Analysis:
- Analyze website and landing page performance to identify trends, conversion barriers, and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track performance against business goals.
- User Behavior Insights:
- Investigate on-site user behavior using clickstream data, session recordings, and funnel analysis.
- Develop actionable recommendations to enhance UX and drive qualified lead conversions.
- Business Reviews & Reporting:
- Prepare and present findings and strategic recommendations in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Synthesize complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Forecasting & Market Trends:
- Evaluate customer and market data to forecast demand and recommend strategic adjustments to marketing and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with go-to-market strategies.
- Data Strategy & Infrastructure:
- Leverage tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake to access, transform, and visualize data.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across analytics platforms and reports.
- Natural Language Insights:
- Collecting and Preparing Text Data from AI agents conversations.
- Applying Text Analysis Techniques: Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Keywords Extraction, others
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in web/digital analytics, preferably within a B2B tech or SaaS company.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working within data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Strong experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels, customer journeys, and digital engagement metrics.
- Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable presenting findings and strategies to large audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
