Leasing Manager

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Lead the leasing team and maintain a team like culture
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of organization
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented, and sales focused
• Ability to motivate others
• Good sense of advertising and marketing strategies
• Oversee leasing and marketing performance for entire portfolio
• Willingness to learn and train
• Follow companies leasing policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude
• Manage quality communication, customer support and product representation for each prospect
• Assist prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and walk-in appointment to find homes that meet their needs
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Schedule and manage appointments and calendars
• Participate in meet and greets, tabled events, and other guerrilla marketing activities
• Assist in a multitude of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and an insured vehicle that can be used every day (Leasing Agents are compensated for mileage)
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Rent Managers (preferred but not required), iPhones
• Manager/Leadership Experience
• Property Management Experience
• Knowledge and understanding of National, State and local Fair Housing Laws
