Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement short-term and long-range marketing plans across print, digital, and other media channels. - Collaborate with operational leaders, physicians, and practice staff to assess business needs and execute sales strategies aligned with oncology practice goals. Communication and Compliance - Assist in developing physician communications and public relations programs across the organization. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 4-year undergraduate degree required, preferably with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare. MBA preferred but not required. - Proven record of success in sales, preferably healthcare. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to be present within the assigned territory/region during regularly scheduled business hours. Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require travel by automobile, approximately 70% of work week. Sales positions require regularly working outside the office in order to call on clients and build relationships. |
