Title: Media Technology Specialist for Technical Sales Enablement

Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Media Tools and AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging media tools and artificial intelligence to create engaging and effective media content aimed at accelerating learning and enablement for technical sales roles. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to develop and implement cutting-edge learning solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and developing new tools as needed to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, webinars, bots, AR/VR simulations and interactive modules, to support technical sales training and enablement.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI technologies to personalize and optimize learning experiences, ensuring content is relevant and impactful for different learning styles and needs.
• Tool Development: Identify gaps in current learning tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions that leverage media tools and AI for enhanced training efficiency.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals and sales strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand training needs and create tailored content that supports sales objectives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze learning engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in media tools and AI, integrating new technologies and methodologies into learning solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating multimedia content for technical training or sales enablement.
• Strong proficiency in media creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate 360 or similar software.
• Experience with AR/VR, AI tools and platforms used in educational content development such as IBM Watson, TensorFlow
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the tech industry, particularly within sales enablement or technical training.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for developing custom AI solutions.
