Our Minneapolis, MN location is seeking a Deal Services Associate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participates in quality of earnings due diligence engagement related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyzes financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Prepares/evaluates pro forma financial information.
  • Evaluates effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
  • Performs Industry and company research. Correlates due diligence findings with client valuations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required - Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
  • Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification a plus.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The wage range for this position is: $53,700 - $93,000.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
