Here is what you will be doing each day:

Ensure staff adherence to service standards and respond to guest needs with attentiveness

Oversee the daily service floor, maintaining a polished and welcoming environment

Support management by coordinating and monitoring completion of sidework duties

Maintain financial accountability by managing shift bank according to Crescent guidelines

Review communication logs between shifts and ensure proper staffing coverage

Verify cleanliness, table setups, and readiness across all service areas

Enforce State, Federal, and Company liquor policies with diligence

Collaborate on staff development-conduct menu classes and lead taste panels

Communicate clearly and confidently with team members

Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility in scheduling

Support additional responsibilities as assigned

Does this sound like you?

2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or a restaurant setting required. Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts up to 150 lbs. Proficient with point-of-sale systems and daily shift operations. Reliable, composed, and ready to contribute wherever needed.
