Description We are partnered with a Life Sciences Organization seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Customer Care and Customer Service Team! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the master data. They will be going into the customer portal and doing invoices. They need someone with a high level of attention to detail to maintain the master data. Hope to get approval w/in next two weeks. Background - customer centric, softness in approach, ability to navigate between platforms, teamwork. On-site 5 days/wk. Good industry/background to pull from is logistics, picking/packing, dispatching, shipping goods out, etc. This role acts as coordinator between warehouse and the customer. This CSR will be tied to a Sales person and will need to have a positive and professional tone when speaking to account members. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
