Overview

LMI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Coordinator to support Space Market Program leadership and assist with the daily operations. This position is responsible for ensuring Program Management success by ensuring timely update and delivery of monthly financial forecasts, optimizing day-to-day activities, and planning the effective use of human and material resources. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, align teams with market goals, and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

    Support the development and help implement operational policies and strategies that align with overall market objectives.
  • Coordinate daily operations across multiple teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Support the Program Leadership to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements to optimize productivity.
  • Coordinate the use of human resources and material assets effectively.
  • Monitor staffing levels and workforce productivity to ensure proper allocation.
  • Collaborate with Program leadership to set and meet organizational goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including developers, technical teams, and clients.
  • Assist technical teams with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
  • Participate in the deployment and integration of any new technologies and systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidance, and IT policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technical project requirements and objectives, and potential for growth.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and related field experience, i.e. Business Manager.
  • Minimum of 9 years of proven experience in operations or general management and customer service.
  • Financial and budget organization experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in business software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technical project requirements and objectives.
  • General knowledge of IT service management, technical training on tools, etc.

Target salary range: $55,000 - 95,000
