Transmission Line Project Manager - Direct Hire

Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

Travel: Up to 25%

An industry-leading, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee transmission line design projects ranging from 69kV to 500kV.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage multiple overhead and underground transmission line projects



  • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and profitability



  • Lead client communication, proposals, contracts, and planning



  • Supervise engineering teams for Design-only projects



  • Ensure QA/QC compliance and risk management



  • Report on project metrics and progress



  • Support client growth and business development




Requirements:




  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field



  • 7+ years of transmission line project experience (3+ years in a PM role)



  • PE and/or PMP preferred



  • Strong leadership and communication skills



  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)



  • Valid driver's license required
