Job Description

Position Description:



Drive the business through configuration and administration of accounting systems, and the enablement of accurate and automated daily processes in support of company separate accounts. This position will research, suggest, and implement system improvements through established and documented procedures.



As part of the team responsible for monitoring the pricing of 950+ funds, 200,000+ unit prices, and $11B of assets, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our Retirement Plan division and our Individual Division (variable products) have accurate information reflected on a daily basis.



This position offers the opportunity to make a huge impact as a member of a small team. Position Location:


This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.



What you do:



  • Support daily unit pricing cycle. On a rotational basis (two to three days per week), this position will monitor the daily pricing function after market close, and ensure information uploads in an expected manner, and/or troubleshoot and correct any errors encountered.
  • Create, update, and run multiple reports to provide gain/loss information to other areas of the organization on both a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain and monitor separate account subaccounts fund revenue sharing using software package.
  • Constantly seek out, suggest, and evaluate new ideas which would create efficiencies by automating manual processes, or improving existing automations.
  • Collaborate with teammates, leadership, and outside groups to ensure the system supports the established business processes and needs.
  • Use project management skills on small sprints partnering with IT on code changes, system updates, and testing initiatives.


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 1-3 years overall previous relevant experience required.
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Previous experience in accounting field is desired.
  • Previous experience in business analyst, business systems analyst, or similar field strongly desired.
  • Previous experience with report writing tools (WebFOCUS, Cognos, etc.) helpful but not required.

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
