SHIFT: Day (United States of America)Work with the Finance department to ensure that all their data and analytics needs are met, including ingestion of datasets from a variety of data sources into the CHOP data warehouse. Perform data cleansing, standardization, integration, and data quality checks. Perform data modeling to conform to industry standards and best practices. Develop data visualizations and dashboards and insights. Enable automation of mundane and repeatable tasks. Model raw data sets into curated, reusable, trusted data sets that power analytics across the CHOP enterprise. Build automated, scalable, test-driven ETL pipelines, and utilize software development practices such as version control and release management to build data products. Serve as part of the code review team to make sure any new code is following all the industry standards and is performant. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree deemed to be the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience with data modeling and data warehousing using Business Intelligence tools including SQL, Informatica, Business Objects, and Microsoft Power BI.
