Department Summary The mission of the Division of Student Affairs is to create transformational experiences for all HSC students by providing tailored support and fostering holistic development. There are 8 functional units within the Division of Student Affairs: Center for Student Life, Career Readiness Center, Center for Academic Performance, Office of Care and Civility, Testing and Evaluation Services, International Services, Office of Disability Access, and Student Assistance Resource Center. Position Overview This position serves as a high level case management position for both Care Team and Student Conduct. As it specifically relates to student conduct, this position is responsible for the investigation and adjudication of student conduct cases, which includes high level decision making such as assigning suspensions and expulsions. Additionally, this position plays a vital role in the Title IX process through the panel member and adjudication process. Additionally, this position maintains on-call responsibilities for responding to student emergencies. Finally, this position assists in prevention and education programming responsibilities related to Care Team and Conduct topics. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications: Masters Degree in related field is preferred. 3 years of related experience. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as required for divisional events.
