Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary The 340B Analyst provides ongoing support to organizations 340B hospitals, clinics, and contract pharmacy programs. Performs routine 340B accumulator maintenance for pharmacy split ordering and escalates compliance issues.Reviews pharmacy invoices and escalates 340B split ordering savings opportunities and compliance issues.Works with Pharmacy Buyers regarding 340B split ordering compliance, opportunities, and questions/concerns.Performs routine 340B contract pharmacy accumulator maintenance and reviews to capture eligible prescriptions and escalates compliance issues and opportunities.Performs internal audits of 340B program as indicated by system policy and procedures and escalates compliance issues.Performs other duties as assigned. Education High School Diploma or GED Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience 1 year 340B Analyst or equivalent experience Preferred 3 years Hospital Pharmacy Technician experience Preferred 3 years Analyst experience with medication charges Preferred Licenses and Certifications Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) Preferred 340B University on Demand - Required within 1 month of hire Preferred |
