Senior Logistics Analyst

R&P is looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing program management, ship design, production, cyber risk management, testing, logistics, financial management, test and evaluation, configuration management, post-delivery, fleet introduction, light manufacturing, as well as maintenance and repair services to our government clients and industry partners. We need a senior-level Logistics Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment in support of the Strategic & Theater Sealift Shipbuilding Program (PMS 385).

Assist in the planning, execution, integration and oversight of all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities and projects, and shall provide ILS expertise to assist in developing innovative process improvements and solutions.
• Provide logistics, technical, and in-depth operational knowledge in MSC policies and procedures as well as Navy policies and procedures.

• Provide assistance with overarching Logistics support to the PMS 385 Logistics team in the areas of development, integration, and management of all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of systems and equipment.

• Assist in analyzing and developing logistics plans to support production, distribution, and inventory.

• Highschool Diploma/GED with 10+ Years' Experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (Preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in logistical support
• Active Secret Clearance
