Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sr. Full Stack Software Developer to join our team! In this role you will report to our Chief Architect and Development Team Leader, you will be an important part of our development team. As a member of this team, you will lead and collaborate on software development tasks including technical design and development of cloud-based products and services.

What you will do:

  • Building and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Identifying and resolving complex technical issues across the entire application stack.
  • Participating in the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Ensuring code is well-structured, efficient, and adheres to established coding standards.
  • Working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Interface with customer and development team
Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 5+ years of overall and increasingly responsible software development experience
  • Full-stack experience with at least: * C#; SQL; JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • .NET Framework; .NET CORE; ASP.NET MVC; ASP.NET CORE MVC
  • Ability to create clean. modern, testable, and well documented code
  • History of debugging complex issues and monitoring system performance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to research, troubleshoot, and logically determine solutions
  • Ability to author, understand, and translate business requirements into to technical designs

Nice to Haves

  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Understanding of the entire SDLC from design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Additional Information

This role is remote with occasional travel required to Tampa FL, Fort Bragg NC, and Washington DC for meetings, training, and team events.
