About the Job:
This high-visibility, high-impact role is critical to the success of our digital transformation. As a key member of our project team, you will coordinate testing, QA, and RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions & Extensions) development during our digital transformation. After the initial program, you will transition into the ongoing role of Release Management & Continuous Improvement Coordinator.

You will partner with both business and technology teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and continuous flow of new features and business process improvements. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional expert with broad knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud who thrives on leading coordination, driving efficiency, and ensuring accountability.

What You'll Do:



  • Release Management: Coordinate the entire release process for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This includes planning, scheduling, and communicating release activities to all stakeholders.
  • Offshore Team Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for our offshore development partners. You will track RICE development items and hold teams accountable for delivering on time and within scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the release and development lifecycles. This involves gathering feedback, analyzing metrics, and proposing solutions to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for release plans, project progress, and key decisions. Develop and present reports on status, issues and resolutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Document complex issues and work with various team members to drive them to resolution.
  • Communication: Provide clear and regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business users with the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven experience in release management, continuous improvement and coordinating offshore resources.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion (HCM, Finance, SCM, and CX) business processes.
  • A strong ability to document, coordinate, and implement new or redesigned system functionality and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to your work.
