Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Shifts Available:



  • 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM


Training Schedule:



  • 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM and 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM (for approximately 3 weeks)


Schedule Requirements: Candidates must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays

What You'll Do Daily

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the vital link between customers and service providers. Your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Answer incoming calls and determine urgency or emergency status
  • Use a switchboard to direct and manage calls efficiently
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service
  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes on all interactions
  • Coordinate and advance information through appropriate channels
  • Follow established procedures and adapt quickly to changes
  • Handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and composure

What We're Looking For



  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and note-taking accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
