The Paint Operator is responsible for efficient production operations in one or more of the following areas: Podium, Fill Line, Cut-In, and/or Set-Upto meet standards

Here's how you will make an impact:

  • Understand and execute production including and not limited to color mixes, batch tickets, PLC programing screens, blend tanks, totes, stacking, forklift operations, packaging, shipping and receiving.
  • Operate respective machinery according to the operation manual, best practices and directions provided.
  • Execute proper settings, calibrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and production output of the equipment.
  • Assist with pulling respective samples from each mix for lab testing.
  • Able to read and interpret scale weights.
  • Follow directions given by the lead or manager.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Remain abreast ofdepartmental and procedure changes and modifications; maintain pace with updated technology.
  • Comply with all company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead orPreform Manager.

Here's what you will need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be able and willing to following directions.
  • Able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs.; stand up to 11 hours daily.
  • Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
  • This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship to work in the US.
  • This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
