Head Coach reports to the Athletic Director and is responsible for all aspects of coaching the sport, including guiding, teaching, instructing, educating, developing, and recruiting student-athletes to achieve their fullest potential with the fundamental characteristics and requirements necessary to conduct and produce a successful and highly competitive university intercollegiate program while instilling the importance of academic achievements at the Division
III level. Methods, procedures and philosophies are to be conducted in accordance with University,
NCAA, and
NJAC rules and regulations. Sports include Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Men's Golf, Women's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Men's Tennis, Men's and Women's Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field. |

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets. |

Minimum Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree is required. Three years of coaching experience at the college level (Head or Assistant) or 3 years as a Head Coach at the high school level preferred. Must possess technological proficiencies and a valid drivers license; excellent oral/written communication skills; and the willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends. This position is contingent upon satisfactory results to a University background check. |
