Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties



  • Oversee and manage the process and vendor relationships for North America immigration, relocation, corporate housing and tax services including invoicing and billing.
  • Document and maintain North America mobility policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support to foreign national employees and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on all aspects of immigration, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas and on-going support including resolving routine and non-routine questions, timelines, immigration support letters and employment support letters as needed. Guides and advises Talent Acquisition on immigration related recruitment needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to secure appropriate approvals and proactively communicate information to all appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage job description website to ensure current and accurate job descriptions are available for HRBPs, Quality/Compliance and internal audit.
  • Create and maintain a compensation dashboard for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with monthly compensation data audits.

  • Experience with relocation management and coordination of domestic relocations. Should have knowledge of international payroll principles, expatriate tax and understanding of hypothetical concept.



  • Experience in the management of multiple outside vendors.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and highly sensitive/confidential moves.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.



  • Ability to uphold strict confidentiality when required.



  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


  • Occasional business travel required

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 02-04 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
