Position Description

About You


You are a person who is passionate about providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. In the role of Talent Operations Representative you will be responsible for support associates during their time at Signature, and the daily operations of the department.

About The Position



  • Supporting the onboarding process for all new hires, which can include completing new hire paperwork/clearances, and collecting pre-employment documentation.
  • Support employment and wage verifications.
  • Conduct farewell interviews and document feedback
  • Maintain accurate and compliant associate files.
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to TO tickets in the Talent Operations system
  • Perform Administrative Tasks to support department and organizational needs
  • Collaborate with TO team members and Centers of Excellence on projects and process
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive associate data
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts
  • Ongoing aspiration to advance in the TO field through research and extracurricular opportunities.
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.



Minimum Requirements:



  • High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 0-3+ years of relevant HR, administrative or transferable experience desired
  • Proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • String organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest and motivation toward obtaining a SHRM-CP, PHR or similar HR certification preferred Senior Level
