This opportunity is in the Account Services department

Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Role Description:

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering client support within the Insurance Operations unit. In this mid-level, non-exempt position, you'll take ownership of both routine and specialized tasks that support the end-to-end process of insurance policy issuance. From setting up submissions and analyzing accounts to tracking written business and resolving system issues, your day-to-day work will be essential to ensuring timely, accurate policy service.

You'll serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers-communicating professionally, following up to collect information, and ensuring all service standards are met. This role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your organization and time management skills as you balance multiple time-sensitive priorities. If you're highly proficient with systems and MS Office tools, enjoy working in a structured environment, and have a knack for detail and follow-through, this could be the perfect role for you.

Non-exempt: Please note, this position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate skill level

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
