Position Summary The Finance Trainee program is designed to provide entry level employees with an in-depth understanding of Finance operations management. Our Trainees will rotate through three to four core finance functions within three years. The functions include but are not limited to International Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Strategic Pricing, Tax & Compliance, Revenue Management, Spend Management, Internal Audit & Risk Management, and Legal Project Management. The rotations will teach our Trainees how business processes come together to effectively and efficiently run a Finance department while sharpening their analytical and professional skills. Our trainees will work on meaningful tasks, solving real life problems and adding value to their teams. They will also receive coaching and mentorship, technical and soft skills training, and networking opportunities and experiences geared towards the development of a successful career path. The successful candidate will be a recent college graduate with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. They will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, be able to multi-task in a high paced environment and be highly analytical and detail oriented. Duties and Accountabilities¹ Financial and data analysis Financial planning & budgeting Account reconciliation Depreciation and tax calculation Spend analysis Cash application Cash flow management Credit card management Invoice compliance Pricing model creation Report design and generation Finance business process review Compliance and fraud assessment Project planning support Other reasonable duties as the business requires Qualifications Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to communicate with and respond to project requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Excellent communication skills - written and oral Exceptional determination, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work well in high paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - including Excel and Outlook Location and Reporting This is a hybrid role based in our Tampa office.
