This is a contract opportunity only. As a Mechanical Design Engineer contracting with our Morgan Hill office, you will have responsibility for the mechanical design for our benchtop instrument chassis, PC board assemblies, RF component assembly, BOM structure and support of NPI projects with other mechanical engineering designs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Design and documentation for our new benchtop instrument using SolidWorks as the CAD tool and
  SAP as the ERP BOM structure.
• Working with our manufacturing engineering team to document all aspects of the instrument. RF chassis, instrument enclosure.
• Design enclosures for our instrumentation.
• This position will be reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA.

Requirements:

• AS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in similar industries
• Strong working knowledge in Solidworks
• Knowledge of test instrumentation design
