Job Description:

Job Summary
  • The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational sourcing and staffing needs. Serves as a subject matter expert in industry trends, internal policies, and emerging best practices, and provides strategic guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. This role collaborates cross-functionally, drives innovative, forward-looking recruitment solutions aligned with current and future workforce demands.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as an influential strategic partner to multiple business and functional Leaders by challenging ideas and thought processes as well as providing strategic, integrated advice and direction on business issues with Talent Acquisition implications
  • Design dashboards and reports, deliver analytics insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to present analytics, measure targets, and develop roadmaps.
  • Support the broader team with expertise in Talent Acquisition by creating methodologies, processes, and guides to enable business functions through data analysis and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships and credibility with senior decision makers through the development of in-depth knowledge of the business, both strategically and operationally
  • Act as a strategic partner to functional and business leaders by delivering expert-level, integrated talent acquisition guidance and insights
  • Translate broad business priorities into tactical action plans by developing and implementing strategic solutions to address complex inclusive staffing challenges for targeted talent segments and geographies
  • Design and execute innovative/non-traditional recruiting methods and strategies tailored to the most critical talent needs across their respective business/geography
  • Develop and implement workforce plans, refine forecasting capabilities, and leverage talent pipeline strategies by partnering with HR Business Partners and Leadership in order to communicate, optimize, and act on data-driven insights
  • Track and report key metrics by translating insights into a compelling narrative to influence data-based decision-making at the Senior Leadership level
  • Deliver on strategic direction by staying abreast of internal and external perspectives, data trends, technology platforms, HR laws and regulations, and best practices
  • Develop and sustain trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers through a deep understanding of business operations and strategic priorities
  • Support the strategic optimization and continuous improvement of recruitment technology platforms, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects with enterprise-wide implications, delivering high-impact talent solutions within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Utilize technology (Tableau, Alteryx, Workday Reporting, etc.) to drive efficiency in own work and Departmental processes, including serving as technical subject matter expert for Team and Department
  • Develop presentations for Senior Leadership by translating raw data into visualizations and highlighting key outputs in order to present data in a way that is understandable to various audiences
  • Actively engage with the HR community and business stakeholders to deliver guidance on current and emerging talent acquisition trends
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and navigate across organizational boundaries and build strong partnerships that produce results
  • Proven ability to interface with all levels within the organizational hierarchy from staff to executive level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Strong business acumen; ability to articulate an understanding of a Department's business model, operations and financial structure
  • Ability to see the big picture and drive continuous process improvement
  • Ability to influence and shape perspectives through a variety of techniques and across multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to assess situations and make decisions autonomously in a systematic and decisive manner
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data
  • Ability to identify and analyze trends in large sets of data
  • Ability to prepare and deliver data in a visual format
Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
  • Expert-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Analytics

  • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive market salary from $122,200 per year to $135,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
