Our Industries Technical Program Management team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Lead to spearhead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Your Impact - Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Lead for Industries Cloud, you will be at the helm of planning and executing one or more Industry Clouds. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to drive programs and releases, ensuring alignment on vision, business goals, and program structure. Your role will also involve partnering with TPM leaders to enhance operating rhythms, improve processes, and manage all execution aspects of the Cloud. You will communicate effectively with Executive Leadership and stakeholders, exercising independent judgment and managing risks to achieve program success.

  • Lead and Align: Own and drive the Industry Clouds operating model, achieving alignment on program scope, release planning, vision, and business goals. Create program structures and secure cross-functional support.

  • Facilitate Decision-Making: Drive core team meetings with key stakeholders to make critical decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues. Ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision of each program.

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with key functional stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner and advisor for executive management to ensure program success.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teammates to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, and milestones.

  • Provide Visibility: Maintain ongoing visibility of program status, including issues, risks, and metrics, through regular status reporting to stakeholders, team members, and interested parties.

  • Manage Dependencies: Oversee program/feature dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.

  • Remove Obstacles: Anticipate and remove obstacles with urgency to ensure project teams can deliver on goals.

  • Executive Reviews: Provide weekly program reviews to the executive team and lead release demos and reviews.

  • Foster Collaboration: Create a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and learning.

  • Drive Change: Act as a catalyst within the organization, advancing our Product & Technology strategy globally and driving organizational change.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Help create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide accurate data and insights for decision-making on the portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical leadership. Advanced management degrees preferred.

  • Experience: 10 to 15 years of professional experience, with at least 7+ years leading large enterprise product programs.

  • Cross-Functional Management: 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams in a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.

  • Communication Skills: Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills conducive to driving consensus in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using tools like Salesforce reports, Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel, and scripting for data analysis.

  • Data Insights: Ability to derive insights from data and expertise in using project management and data analysis tools.

  • Agile Methodologies: Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and team members.

  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand technical subjects relevant to the program.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a highly integrated team of technical and non-technical members.

  • Global Partnership: Ability to partner with functions across the company and multiple time zones, with strong time management and planning skills.
