Summary:

The Senior Systems Integration Analyst- IT Innovation Initiatives role is accountable for the analysis and design of data flow across a variety of clinical, financial, and administrative systems. Responsible for creation of design documents and obtaining customer signoffs, development of efficient HL7 Cloverleaf data flow, and Epic Bridges configuration. This role mentors other System Integration Analysts and manages integration projects.

This role is part of the Innovation Initiatives Team within the IT Division, tasked with implementing a wide range of strategic IT projects across the MaineHealth system. These projects may encompass patient care, financial, research, or administrative domains and can include new software systems, hardware, and physical locations (e.g., new practice sites or care delivery venues). These will be high-impact, high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines that require precise execution to stay on time and budget.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: Software certifications required. Epic Bridges certification required. Cloverleaf Level 2 certification required.
  3. Experience: Five years of integration experience in a healthcare setting required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Extensive HL7 knowledge.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
