Steelcase is seeking a visionary and results driven
Director of Applied Research & Consulting to lead a high performing team focused on translating social science, workplace strategy, and design research into actionable insights and solutions for clients. This individual will serve as a strategic leader, internal catalyst, and external ambassador for the ARC team. They will shape and execute team strategy, partner closely with regional sales teams, and directly influence top-line performance through high-impact client engagements. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership and team building skills, business development acumen, and a passion for workplace strategy.
