At a glance EUSA, an internationally respected nonprofit at the intersection of equity, education, and global learning, is recruiting a Senior Director of University Partnerships to lead its U.S. institutional strategy. You'll oversee national outreach efforts, strengthen long-standing university collaborations, and guide a seasoned U.S. team-all in service of expanding access to transformational global learning experiences. This U.S. based remote role includes monthly travel to key university partners in cities like Boston, New York, and Texas, as well as international travel 2-3 times per year. Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, EUSA, is recruiting a Senior Director of University Partnerships to join their team in building out the United States portfolio of university partnerships. About EUSA EUSA - Academic Internship Experts - is a nonprofit international education organization with 41 years of experience placing students in academically directed internships throughout London, Dublin, Paris, Madrid, and Prague. We design and deliver customized, credit-bearing programs in partnership with U.S. colleges and universities, combining meaningful work experience with cultural immersion and academic outcomes. Learn more: https://www.eusainternships.org About the Role EUSA is creating a brand-new leadership role: Senior Director of University Partnerships (U.S.). This role will lead our U.S. based university partnership strategy, team, and growth. It will oversee all new partner outreach, continue stewardship systems for current university clients, and serve as a key member of EUSA's management team. The position will be responsible for building strategy and structure from the ground up, while managing and motivating a small, seasoned team. This is a highly visible role with the autonomy to drive U.S. institutional strategy in alignment with EUSA's global mission. Anticipated total compensation up to $150,000, based on experience and location. Location: Remote (U.S. based) with monthly travel to client institutions (Boston, NY, Texas, etc.) and internationally 2 - 3 times per year (London, Prague) Another Source works with their clients, on a retained project basis.
