We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our end-user support team, and to help improve the productivity of our employees through the effective use of technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background combined with customer-first service experience. Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving mindset are essential to perform well in this position. This is an onsite role in Pleasanton, CA. What you will be doing Assist with the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of client technologies, including workstations, laptops, productivity software, audio/visual systems, and telecommunications, ensuring high-quality end-user experience. Provide friendly, timely and appropriate customer service in a demanding, fast paced environment. Work within defined SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints. Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation, and work with management and peers to implement them. Work with peers to establish and adopt best practices throughout the entire technical support process Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement Improve user awareness of IT services by coordinating training, documentation, and communication. Take an active role in Incident Response and Problem Management processes. Provide root cause analysis for problems related to client technologies and develop measures to mitigate future occurrences. Minimum Requirements 3 years of experience working in a customer facing IT support role. Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of enterprise imaging and desktop deployment technologies such as Kandji, JAMF, InTune Experience with AV support Preferred Skills and Experience An understanding of computer security concepts and best practices. General understanding of server computing, networking, telecommunications, and business applications. Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality IT services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technology to a non-technical audience. #LI-Onsite Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one's skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company's total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x's equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
