Why Consider This Job Opportunity The Warehouse Returns Coordinator manages the flow, disposition, damaged freight, returns encompass, quality alerts, factory buyback, rework product, and customer returns. Returns can be physically returned to the warehouse or virtual. The Warehouse Returns Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of the RMA (Returned Material Authorization). This position acts as a liaison between customer service, sales, quality, warehouse, and the factory. The role is also responsible for dispositioning inbound and outbound damaged freight. This Warehouse Returns Coordinator includes receiving as well as sorting returned product and damaged freight in compliance with company policy and procedures. This includes the process of accepting, inspecting and processing. Upon completion of the return, the position will manage the end-to-end processing of the RMA. The Warehouse Returns Coordinator will also work with the Logistics Inventory team on damages when required. Workplace Policy Onsite from Rockmart, GA What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities) Customer Returns/Factory Returns (physical and virtual): Receive, sort and inspect product in compliance with company policy and procedures. Complete all system transactions to complete return process and communicate with customer service, sales, quality, and the factory until completed. Damaged Freight: Sort and inspect inbound as well as outbound freight for damages that occurred during transit. Complete all end-to-end processing of damage freight. Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities Back-up for Warehouse Coordinator. Troubleshooting receiving label issues. Expired stock relabels. Setup cycle count for the warehouse and the cycle count reporting for the Logistics Inventory team. What Is Required (Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of related work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and typing skills for accurate data entry. Strong communication, time management, detail oriented, and organization skills. Interpersonal skills including effective collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong sense of urgency, ability to multi-task while maintaining focus. How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Associate's degree.
