Staffmark is hiring a Recycling Operator in Independence, LA. If you're eager to make a positive impact on the planet while earning extra cash, then keep reading to learn more! Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm, with overtime as needed Pay: $16/hr. The Recycling Operator will be responsible for performing key functions related to the acceptance and unloading of inbound waste shipments, sorting and segregation of waste materials, and preparing and loading outbound waste shipments. This position will prepare batteries for shipment, including duties such as sorting, taping, and bagging different batteries. Qualified candidates will have one year of warehouse experience, attention to detail, and ability to work in weather elements.
