Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Scientist Associate in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities The Scientist Associate is responsible for conducting scientific or analytical studies in support of 222-S Laboratory operations and developing conventional scientific solutions to technical tasks activities and objectives. The successful candidate will perform a variety of scientific duties, including but not limited to, performing scientific calculations, preparing specifications, process control support and data quality, performing technical reviews of analytical results, and preparing reports and tables. May direct activities of Chemical Technologists/Sample Custodians.
Accept delegated responsibility for a limited phase of a technical project or program.

Compensation Grade 14: $77,969 - $91,975 Grade 16: $88,200 - $111,100 The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
