Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for Business level analysis, summaries, and actions to teammates on a daily basis. This role will be looking at the entire supply chain from order to cash. With the intent to optimize inventory and logistics/distribution footprint in order to ultimately enhance the supply chain efficiency and impact overall profitability of the business.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to meet organizational needs
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
  • Lead initiatives to implement changes aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall procurement processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence reports to provide insights into materials trends, vendor and manufacturing performance, and other key performance indicators
  • Work closely with management to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze procurement data and generate actionable insights for decision-making
  • Maintain and update master data related to suppliers, materials, and pricing
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data, supporting overall data integrity within procurement systems
  • Implement strategies to achieve cost reductions without compromising quality or service levels
  • Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing
Additional Responsibilities
  • Bachelors Degree and/or on the job experience.
  • Purchasing and Material procurement.
  • VMI, JIT program planning, implementation and management.
  • Vendor management, and KPI monitoring and improvements.
  • Lead various cross- functional and Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Use of ERP / MRP and planning software, D365, CEK, Tableau
  • CEK review and order planning through loop size calculations.
  • Various data collection, reporting and charting. *
  • Read and study to remain knowledgeable on current trends in supply chain.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the customers, manufacturing processes and quality systems business wide. This includes following procedures, work instructions and completing all related documentation.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Analytical experience through relative work experience

Salary Range: The compensation range(s) identified above are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
