  • Level 1: Estimated hourly base: $22.27 (minimum) - $27.84 (midpoint) - $33.41 (maximum)
  • Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $24.77 (minimum) - $30.96 (midpoint) - $37.15 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Customer Support Representative, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring for a Customer Support Representative at our Loves Park Campus. This position is on 1st shift and will support account administration and interfacing with customers on new sales, repair and warranty orders.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders, external customer purchase order systems and electronic data interchange (EDI).
  • Responds to customer pricing requests per established price list.
  • Interacting with other departments as required on various items including, but not limited order status, delivery updates, warranty & quality issues, etc.
  • Filing and maintaining customer documentation such as purchase orders, sales orders, pricing requests, etc.
  • Interfacing with customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Over-time may be required with little or no notice to accommodate customer needs.
  • Working with Woodward and customer portal systems and databases to maintain customer purchase orders, status updates, etc.

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Level 1: Demonstrated work experience in customer-interface role or business process understanding through formal study required.
  • Level 2: 2+ years previous experience in a customer-interface role or business process understanding through formal study is required.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
  • Microsoft Application Sufficient (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload efficiently.
