About Role:

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Physical Logistics Specialist to organize and align our distribution operations in support of our Government Programs. You will provide tactical guidance and supportto warehouse teams in support of the Program Manager in ways that promote the company's culture.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing projects of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. Theywill also be able to train and coach co-workers while developing efficient solutions to common operational challenges.

The goal is to ensure that all warehouses consistently deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Activities:

• Fulfill Incora's contractual obligations across multiple warehouse operations
• Exceed customer expectations for chemical supply chain support areas within control of Incora.
• Standardize our approach and leverage best practices across several different warehouse locations.
• Ensure Quality Work Instructions for operations are implemented across the warehousing operations in accordance with the requirements and flow-downs in the contracted SOW.
• Share best practices, and close gaps in documentation and/or understanding as needed.
• Act as the escalation point for tactical issue resolution; performed via frequent in-warehouse presence, operational knowledge/experience and customer requests.
• Improve performance of key suppliers and transportation carriers to support execution of program needs at optimized cost.
• Provide operational coverage for tactical execution during surge demand periods, special project implementation, or when staffing levels are short.
• Assist with coordinating disposal events and shelf life recertifications as necessary.
• 50-75% travel requirement from home or warehouse-based location
• Improved customer and end-user responsiveness for highly urgent escalations.
• More efficient and compliant warehousing and distribution operations to enable sustained growth of 3PL programs in support of DLA contracts.
• Reduction of financial liability from performance disincentives, inventory losses, and other controllable expenses.
• Reduction of SDRs (Supply Discrepancy Reports) from end use customers for hub performance related issues (i.e. packaging, certifications, paperwork. Etc.).

About You:

• Proven experience in CMS program management and warehouse operations.
• Experience using tcmIS application to execute supply chain functions and to utilize data to deliver value to customer stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hazardous material regulations for IMDG, IATA, AFMAN, DTR
• Experience working with military specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
